Mods at the top of the list are loaded first. Going over every mod in my list. After so many hours messing around with load orders and trying new mods that work great together I finally found the perfect mod load order for me and hopefully someone whos having trouble can try this one and enjoy it like me. I created a load order list and I wanted to check on here if I did it right.
